Cancellation Policy

To ensure the integrity of your custom branding, we accept cancellations only before the final artwork has been approved by you for print. We encourage you to review the artwork thoroughly and make any requests for changes or cancellations during the proofing stage. Once you have approved the artwork for printing, the order will be in production, and we cannot accept cancellations.

Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

If you are not happy with your order, you can Return or Exchange within 15 Days of receipt, please contact us within 15 days of receipt. To process a return, follow these steps:

1. Email Notification: Contact our customer service team at info@emblazonedge.com within the 15-day window, asking to return or exchange.

Please do not return any products without receiving confirmation from our team. Once confirmed, we will provide you with the necessary details to ship the products back to us, we strive to process refunds and credits promptly after receiving and inspecting the returned products.

Please note, We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for customized items that where produced uniquely for your brand.
