We understand that discrepancies can occur, and we have established a comprehensive policy to ensure a seamless process for cancellations, returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Cancellation Policy
To ensure the integrity of your custom branding, we accept cancellations only before the final artwork has been approved by you for print. We encourage you to review the artwork thoroughly and make any requests for changes or cancellations during the proofing stage. Once you have approved the artwork for printing, the order will be in production, and we cannot accept cancellations.

Return & Refund Policy

If you receive your products and find that the product or imprint is not exactly as you ordered, please contact us within 15 days of receipt. To process a return, follow these steps:

1. Email Notification: Contact our customer service team at info@emblazonedge.com within the 15-day window, providing a detailed description of the issue along with any supporting images or documentation.

2. Assessment: Our team will assess your claim and determine if the discrepancy is due to a production error on our end.

3. Resolution: If your return claim is approved, you will have the option to choose between a full refund to your original payment method or a credit to your Emblazon Edge account for future purchases.

Please do not return any products without receiving confirmation from our team. Once confirmed, we will provide you with the necessary details to ship the products back to us, we strive to process refunds and credits promptly after receiving and inspecting the returned products.

Exchange Policy
Exchanges at Emblazon Edge are only possible before the approval of the final artwork. Once you have approved the design, we proceed with production, meaning we cannot offer an exchange of the product for a different item. To request an exchange during the artwork approval phase, please reach out to our team, and we will accommodate your request to ensure your satisfaction with the final product.

Please note, customized items are produced uniquely for your brand. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any reasons other than production errors. For non-customized items, please check with our customer service for any possible options for returns or exchanges.

Cancellations and exchanges are only accepted before you approve your artwork to print or engrave.
